Return Policy (Description Accuracy Only)

BidBuyLive is operated by Scott Daniel Group, LLC (“Scott Daniel Group,” “BidBuyLive,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Please read this Return Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final Unless a Return Is Approved

All items are sold as described and as pictured. We will only consider a return if the item you receive is materially not as stated in the written item description on the listing page at the time you placed your order.

If a return is not approved in writing by Scott Daniel Group, the sale remains final.

2. Returns Accepted Only for Material Description Inaccuracy

A return may be approved solely when the buyer can demonstrate that the item received is materially inaccurate compared to the written description.

Examples of potential material inaccuracies include (but are not limited to):

• Incorrect maker/brand/artist attribution stated in the description

• Incorrect model/version stated in the description

• Stated dimensions that are materially incorrect

• Missing component(s) specifically stated as included in the description

• Receiving a different item than the one described

Photos are part of the listing and should be reviewed carefully. Minor variations consistent with age, use, and vintage condition are not considered inaccuracies.

3. Returns Not Accepted For

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or “not what I expected”

• Normal wear, patina, aging, minor scuffs, light scratching, or other typical vintage/used condition traits

• Condition concerns that are visible in photos or reasonably apparent

• Any issue that was disclosed in the description (including “as-is,” “sold as pictured,” “sold as imaged,” etc.)

• Damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper installation, cleaning, or handling

• Shipping/transit damage (handled under the carrier claims process, when applicable)

4. How to Request a Return (Required)

To request a return, the buyer must email info@bidbuylive.com and include:

• Order number

• Item name / listing title (and lot number if applicable)

• A clear explanation of what is inaccurate about the written description

• Photos showing the issue (and if relevant, measurements showing the discrepancy)

We may request additional information to evaluate the request.

5. Written Approval Required Before Shipping Anything Back

All returns must be approved in writing by Scott Daniel Group before the item is shipped back.

Do not return an item without written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

6. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Pays)

If a return is approved:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

• The item must be shipped using a trackable method

• The item must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit

7. Return Condition Requirements

Approved returns must be sent back:

• In the same condition as received

• With all parts, accessories, paperwork, and packaging (if any) that were included

Items that are returned altered, damaged, incomplete, or not in the same condition may be refused or may result in a reduced refund, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Return Timing

If your return is approved, you must ship the item back within the timeframe stated in the approval email. If no timeframe is stated, the item must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

9. Refund Processing

Once the item is received and inspected, and the return is confirmed to meet the approval criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

• Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation that the return conditions have been met.
