Underglaze blue transfer (flow-blue style) on white porcelain with a softly scalloped rim. Backstamp shows the Dulevo bird mark with vertical “ДУЛЕВО,” “2C” (second-quality grade), and an old printed retail price (“7р10к”), consistent with mid- to late-Soviet production.
