Original 1962 Mattel Ken doll carrying case, sold empty, with two original Ken Accessories cardboard boxes included. This is a classic early Ken-era case featuring the well-known front graphic with Ken, companion figure, and sports car artwork. The front is also marked Ponytail, and the case retains strong mid-century display appeal even without the doll.

These early Ken cases are popular with Barbie and Mattel collectors because they represent the early branding and graphic design of the line. They work well as display pieces, collection fillers, or as part of a restored vintage Ken outfit grouping. The surviving accessory boxes add to the presentation and make this more desirable than a completely stripped empty case.

Condition
Good vintage condition with honest age-related wear. Clasp and hardware show pitting/rust but remain functional. There are tears/splits to the vinyl, along with soil marks, scuffs, and wear from age and use. Interior shows light wear and age. Two original Ken Accessories cardboard boxes are included; one has corner tear/crush damage as shown. Please see all images for the best assessment of condition.

We add new items regularly, so be sure to check back often. The price shown includes shipping, making the purchase simpler and often more economical for the buyer. With over five decades in the trade, we have handled everything from high-end decorative arts to important pop-culture material, and we are always pleased to bring fresh vintage finds to market.
