Vintage 1960s Spanish Brass Wall Sconce – Made in Spain Ornate Architectural Salvage for Restoration.
 
Vintage circa 1960s ornate cast-brass wall sconce or wall light fixture, marked MADE IN SPAIN on the reverse.
This substantial decorative fixture features an elaborate Spanish Revival design with scrolling foliate and acanthus ornament, a highly detailed cast backplate and sweeping openwork arm. An electrical receptacle/outlet is incorporated into the lower portion of the backplate.
The fixture was removed from an installation and is being offered as architectural salvage for restoration, repurposing or parts.
The original light socket/candle assembly at the end of the upper arm is missing and cut/exposed wiring remains. Older wiring and electrical components are present on the reverse.
Approximately 7" high with the decorative backplate approximately 5½" wide. Please refer to the measurement photographs.

CONDITION:
Vintage architectural salvage condition with considerable age-related patina, oxidation, discoloration, surface wear and remnants of the original finish. Light/socket assembly is missing. Wiring is old, cut and incomplete.
This fixture has not been tested and is not being represented as electrically safe or functional. It must be inspected and rewired/restored by a qualified person before any electrical use.
