riginal Nest: A Quarterly of Interiors, Fall 2001, No. 14, an influential early-2000s interiors and design magazine from the publication’s celebrated run. Nest won the 2001 National Magazine Award for Design, and this issue is recognized as one of the period examples that helped cement its reputation for bold, experimental editorial design.

This issue is particularly interesting because it originally came with a DJ Spooky CD, described as a conceptual “sonic interior” intended to be experienced while reading the magazine. That kind of cross-disciplinary packaging is exactly the sort of thing that made Nest so influential and collectible. References to this issue also note special design and photography content and the original CD feature.

Important note: this copy is complete as a magazine, but the original CD is missing.
