This is the early “Includes SUZIE Q.” cover variation, with the red/orange Suzie Q burst prominently displayed on the front. The album remains substantially protected by its original shrink wrap, helping preserve the striking psychedelic blue-and-green cover artwork.
The record carries the period Fantasy labels and the Side 1 matrix is F-2695, consistent with the original 1968 mastering.
Also included is the original Fantasy Records advertising inner sleeve, featuring contemporary CCR releases including Bayou Country, Green River, Cosmo's Factory and Willy and the Poor Boys.

Vinyl: Excellent condition. Very clean, glossy playing surfaces with no significant scratches visible in the photographs.
Jacket: Excellent vintage condition. Strong color and graphics with the majority of the original shrink wrap still present. Minor age/storage wear is visible, particularly around the exposed edges and corners. The original “Includes Suzie Q.” burst remains bright and clearly visible.
Inner Sleeve: Original Fantasy Records advertising sleeve included and in excellent vintage condition.
