Includes engraved portrait plates (shown in photos) including George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Jefferson Davis, and Robert E. Lee.
Condition:
This is a heavily worn antique sold as imaged and priced accordingly. Binding has major issues with the covers/boards very loose/detached and the text block separating. Heavy foxing/toning and staining, plus edge wear and paper loss/tears in places. Volume I only (not a complete two-volume set). Please see photos for full condition detail.
